I'm waiting in my cold cell ...
when the bell begins to chime
reflecting on my past life ...
and it doesn't have much time
(each one of these blocks used to house around 1500-2000 people !)
Coz at 5 o clock
they take me to the gallows pole

When the priest comes to read me my last rites
I take a look to through the bars at the last sights
Of a world that has gone very wrong for me
(most wires were electrified)
Can it be that there's some sort of error
It's hard to stop the surmounting terror
Is it really the end and not some crazy dream !

that's to prevent the inmates from seeing who's dying
and the one on the right uncovered
that's to let the ones who're next see what's gonna happen)
(this is where the poison was dropped in the testing phase
sometimes they dropped very little
so people kept dying for 2-3 days )
As i walk all my life drifts before me
